How often do you wash your bed sheets?

I do it usually once a month but I am clean when I sleep because I take a shower before bed and when i wake up. How often do you clean them?How often do you wash your bed sheets?

the dirty bedsheets often causes stuffed nose,and different ENT diseases which are sometimes dreadful,


germs don't show a dirty look on the sheets but they get born in the sheets.
You're also clean when you put your clothes on dude, but you don't wear them for a month.....And you are in the bed for 8 hrs/day. It must smell man.


2 people in bed: every week;


one person: 2 weeks.
regardless, that's gross you still have skin sluff off in your bed and hair, you still drool in your sleep and God only knows what else, that's gross only changing them once a month!





Sheets need to be changed once a WEEK!
Strip the beds and stick the sheets, pillow cases and PJs in every Sunday morning.
I like to try and buy a new pair of sheets every month ...cause I change sheets alot but I wash them every week with the rest of my things

i usually wash my bed sheets about once a month. you seem pretty clean so that should be fine. :]
