Ladies. What is good method of getting 'certain stains' off bed sheets when you give them the half yearly wash?

I know every six months is a bit excessive but I am house proud.Ladies.What is good method of getting 'certain stains' off bed sheets when you give them the half yearly wash?
Try Cillit Bang it gets rid of everything except for that bastard Barry Scott.Ladies.What is good method of getting 'certain stains' off bed sheets when you give them the half yearly wash?
Indeed you are very house proud ,every six months truly excessive once a year is good enough for me ,but to answer your question have you tried rubbing a good dollop of treacle into said' stains' before scrubbing them in the dolly tub ?they come up a treat ,just remember to rinse well otherwise you wake up with the sheet stuck to your under carriage
Try soaking the stain in cold water for a few hours. Whatever you do, don't rub! It grinds the stain in even more and makes it harder to remove. Also, there is this product called ';Zout'; and it works really well. Finally, if they are white sheets, you could just bleach them.

I hope this helps! Those stains are a pain to get out!
Well if you only wash them every six months, the best place for them is in the trash can and buy some new ones. The thought of sleeping on sheets that have been on for six months makes my skin crawl!
Every six months is excessive. I've been in my current flat for 3 years and haven't washed mine.

You probably have one of those compulsive illnesses. See a Doctor.
you should be washing your sheets more than that. you can only use chlorine bleach on white sheets but you can use non chlorine bleach and a stain remover like Shout or Spray N Wash on it
LOL!!!

Peroxide.

OMG, I just had a visual of your house....:-P
if you only wash your sheets every six months, they will be getting up themselves and walking to the washer, i am sure you are having us all on
This must be your version of a morning smile. Too bad it's afternoon.

Every six months?? Goodness me. In case your serious, try every 2 weeks.
You mineaswell burn them...

Those stains never come out...EVER

...And shouldnt you wash your sheets more often? If i realize its been a month since i last washed mine i wont sleep there!
Non-chlorine bleach, oxyclean, cold water
Doreen mate..........come on now....... Your right every six months is a bit excessive. I leave them for at least a year. After a year they walk them self's down to the washing machine.
I use oxyclean for everything
I'm not a lady, but this works great. Spray the stains with Woolite Pet Stain and Odor remover. Let sit for 5mins. then launder. Works much better than ordinary laundry stain removers.
^ monthly??? I wash mine weekly. ,,, I only use a decent detergent and a 40 temperature, Mine are always OK
Concentrated Sulphuric acid! You may not have any sheet left, but it sure as hell got rid of those stains!
sandblast the fookers, failing that, hydrochloric acid...

.-)
Bleach and a gas mask.

This reminds me of the quote from Queen Elizabeth:

';I take a bath once a month whether I need it or not.';
Buy new sheets. If you wash those sheets every six months, they're nasty as hell anyway.
Just scrape off the dry hard stains with a wall scraper.
I think you should really wash your sheets much more often.
Every six months? YUCK! Try every six days.
You only wash your bed sheets once a year? I wash mine every 2 weeks. Try soaking them in hot water.
You only wash your sheets every 6 months? Gross.
I just chip them off with a kitchen spatula ... and get the dog to give them a lil lick ...!!
LOL! i think you should give them a decent burial, they have served you well.
Change your sheets more often! Nasty! I change them twice a week
you wash your sheets every six months??? that is disgusting.
you wash your sheets only every six months????????
Boil them in lye soap and bleach,
