First of all, don't buy something you can't touch. Secondly, ALL manufacturers add sizing to their sheets to make them look pretty in the package. This is really stiff stuff. Look for a thread count of at least 350. Some cotton sheets with 350 thread count may still be rough. Try a jersey fabric.
