Cleaner ideas other than a bed sheet covered. I would like to lay it out on something nonstick and doesn't need to be laundered just wiped down. It has to be large thoughI make bread the old fashioned way of kneading it and laying it out on bed sheets to rise...any other suggest?
i just cover the mixing bowl with a towel and put the bowl somewhere warm and out of a draft...
