Your sheets become covered with dead skin cells and oil and dust. It's gross. Plus bed bugs can develop even in the cleanest of places.

Wash your sheets in the morning so you don't have to worry about having sheets at night. If you're worried about a pattern fading, use warm or cold water. Otherwise, its best to wash sheets in hot water and detergent. Why do you have to wash your bed sheets so often?
OK, so bed bugs is one aspect of it, but I imagine that you shower in the mornings. Why would you shower every day? Is it because you are dirty and want to get clean? If you wash your clothes after wearing them for 1 or 2 days, is it because they are dirty? The same concept goes for sheets. You lay on them when you sleep, you get dirty during the day and then you lay down on the sheets while you are dirty. This causes the sheets to get dirty.

Yes, there is something wrong with your nose, but it is common in all people. Most people can't smell themselves on an average day. You only smell yourself when you have exerted a lot of energy for the day, causing your body to perspire. So no, you aren't going to smell the sheets, but other people will.
What the heck are people talking about ';bed bugs';. Not washing your sheets does not transform your bed into the Garden of Eden. Bed bugs do not spontaneously come into existence out of dirty sheets.

If washing your sheets only every month or two works for you, go for it. Consider that you probably spend about 8 hours a day in your bed though. This is like wearing the same clothes every day for a month. Sounds kind of grody, but if you are showering right before bedtime and right after getting up, maybe it doesn't matter.
what about drool and spit and dust that can accumulate onto your sheets? It's just like using the same bath towel everyday for a month. At least 2 times a month is best. Regardless if you shower three times a day you sweat at night, among with oils and secretions from you hair, arm pits etc. It may not stink but it still gets soiled. Put them in your washer and let it agitate for a bit then lift up the cover and I'll guarantee you'll see dirty water.
Ew you should wash your bed sheets like 2 times a month because bed bugs will come in your bed also do you know what dustmites are?? there flea looking bugs that come in your bed and eat the dead skin either on you or on your sheets!! they also get on your head and might lay eggs and will eat the dandruff off your head!!
I wash my sheets like every other week. Bed bugs do exist! lol But seriously though, you lose tons of dead skin cells all the time so there probably in your bed and stuff. It's just not right to leave your sheets on your bed with dead skin, sweat, dirt, bed bugs, and whatever else on them.
You should buy a couple more sets that way when you want to change them you don't have to worry about getting them washed that exact day. You can just change them and throw the dirty ones in the laundry hamper.
I do my ';household'; laundry (towels, sheets, etc.) the same day I do regular laundry. It seems to help to have a set schedule. I do laundry every Sunday after church,

Hope this helps!!
