I would say cream colored ones. Why not use condoms that way it'll keep your bodily fluids off the sheets? Plus it'll prevent pregnancy, stds...What color of bed sheets is best to hide stains?
I wouldn't go with dark colors they would show up more. Print sheets may be your best alternative.
