Suggestions to minimize the necessity to ironing bed sheets?

I do linens for a bed and breakfast Inn. Many of them are high thread count and a bugger to get the wrinkles out of them when they come from the dryer. Any suggestions to make this work load easier? Thank youSuggestions to minimize the necessity to ironing bed sheets?
Wash them in the permanent press cycle, which uses cold water for a rinse, I think. Shake out the sheet before you place it into the dryer and do not over load the dryer. Dry them on medium or low setting--not the hottest. Midway through the drying process, pull each sheet out and shake it out again. Otherwise they tend to ball up and the inner part of the ball never completely dried. Do not over dry the sheets. Once dry, let the sheets cool with the ';air dry'; cycle. Open the door, take ONE sheet out, and hit the button so the remaining laundry continues to spin, so that it is not lying, unfolded in the dryer collecting wrinkles. As you fold the sheet, smooth out any wrinkles.

Nothing short of ironing the sheets will provide absolutely wrinkle free result, but this comes close.Suggestions to minimize the necessity to ironing bed sheets?
My Gram used a mangle for her bedsheets, which were all high cotton and linen content. She ironed every one by folding it in rows and running it through a heated roller type machine that ironed them. It was a small home one, unlike the big commercial ironers. You might look into it eventually.

Boy, thanks for the info on bedsheets everyone, I had no idea I might do that with my clothes dryer, it also works on tablecloths!
The best way is to allow the sheets to cool down before removing them from the dryer. After the cycle set the dryer to fluff for 10 minuets-presto no wrinkles.
Try to hang them to dry somewhere ore take the wrinkles out with an iron
I would put fabric softener in the wash, and I would dry a couple of sheets at a time.
Pull them out of the dryer IMMEDIATELY when it stops. That's when a lot of the wrinkles happen, by sitting in the dryer for any length of time.
Well try pulling them as tight as possible on the bed and then steaming them while they are on the bed... might help.

When I first opened this I thought you did it at home and I was going to tell you to just not do it! =)
Wow..i have never considered ironing bed sheets.. How about spraying them with that wrinkle remover spay. You just spray it on and ';wipe'; the wrinkles away.. works really good on clothes, so i dont see why it wouldnt work on sheets.
