take a soap : the one I recommed is the green soap (very primitive and hand made) it is made from olive oil and is squared and big and is usuaslly used to wash the body....

Believe it or not, the mechanics hand soap for greasy hands in the auto section.
Dawn dish soap also dissolves oil.
I would actually put a little dish soap on there and rub it in beofer washing. Shout works well too. But dish soap is designed to get out grease!
