How often should you change your bed sheets?

Its debated, but how long is too long to go without switching them out?How often should you change your bed sheets?
Definitely weekly. More if you have dust, mite or pet allergies. How often should you change your bed sheets?
i change mine every other sunday... it all depends on the person i guess... i take a shower every night before bed... if a pet sleeps in your bed then change them ofter... if you sweat change them ofter and if you have allergies (seasonal or watever) then change them ofter

If your not a heavy sweater or have other health issue and only spend the normal amount of time in bed once .a week is good. More if you have issues. Your pillow cases are a different story especially if you have oily skin. I use one side of a pillow case one night then turn it over and use the other the next. Then I change it. This way you are putting your (hopefully) clean face on a clean surface every night. As you get older you can stretch it out ,but, when acne can be an issue it is a good idea to change them regularly.
I agree, weekly any longer than that and they can get pretty yucky. Have you ever seen what can live in your bed? Besides the fact that you shed dead skin cells and sweat, There are also bed mites that can and do take up residence in your sheets and mattress. Especially if someone in your home has asthma or allergies it is important to wash your sheets and pillow cases regularly.
My Husband says once a week.I say 2 or 3 times a month.I would say 2 months is to long to leave the sheets and pillow cases on/
weekly! thats digusting if you go longer.
I wash my bed sheets at least once a week, sometimes more if needed ;).
